It's possible that it's genuine but a scam based on someone collecting real images of multiple watches to sell as a singular listing. But, "super clones" have really stepped up their game recently. The shown movement is not a 8500 but likely an ETA 2824 (or a clone): The oscillating weight has a central screw and ball-bearing.
